What are some examples of stereotyping in the novel Ender's Game by Orson Scott Card?
I have already thought of the fact that one stereotype could be that young children are not smart so if anyone can think of anything different then that would be great! Thanks!
one could be that the more inventive you are the wierder you are... When Ender is first beginning to be creative in the game room, people think he is really wierd. Same with at the end when he is beating the buggers, they think he is crazy for what he is doing.
Another stereotype is that strength is the most powerful. Ender's brother is powerful because he is strong. The boy Ender ends up killing was powerful and cool because he is strong. The buggers were powerful because they had strength.
A third could be that parents aren't important. The Queen Bee is killed. Children are taken from their homes.
