How do you Ware your Eyelinerrrr *plzz*?

i want to get my eyeliner like....

i kno its long but plz just copy and paste it
i usually do that, but it never looks as dramatic i guess -
i put mine on the bottom rim b/c its easy.. do i also need to add it under the lash line? thnx ppls

im kinda pale- paler than the girl in the pic - would dark brown be a bettter choicee?

i am a big makeup guru lol, one thing to remember when applying your eyeliner is " Thick to Thin" a good way to do this is get a close up makeup mirror and rest your elbow unto the table and your pinkie on your face so that you can get a really steady hand. Then starting from the center go inward toward your nose, staying as close to the lashes as you can making a thin line. then go back to the center a go outward toward the corners of the the eye getting thicker as you go. Try not to go too thick so that you don't look washed out. I have a few tricks too for double winged eyes if you'd like them also i couple of links to back up what i've stated.
